We kick off over Zoom to get aligned on where you are, where you want to go, and how to get you there. Then, ask anything 24/7 and I’ll get back to you within one business day (usually faster during business hours). We’ll communicate over a private Slack channel plus you can text or call anytime.

Is there a structure to the Strategy Hotline?

Yes and no. The Strategy Hotline is based on you contacting me when you’re stuck and have questions, so the communication is unstructured.

However, we begin with a kickoff where we define what challenges stand in your way and define a strategy and tactics to overcome those challenges, which does provide structure to your journey.

How does the Strategy Hotline work from the outset?

After the kickoff call, there’s generally a clear roadmap with specific actions for you to take. As you work through those, new possibilities will arise and we’ll tackle them as they appear.

Can I ask for feedback on websites, ad campaigns, email sequences, etc?

Yes! Reviewing work in progress, plans, ideas, collateral, etc., is all fair game.

How do I get started?

The fee for the Strategy Hotline is $600/mo for six months or discounted 15% to $510/mo with a full year commitment. It is expected that you will recoup this investment many times over through our work together.
